Day-Of Coordination
$2,500.00
Our Day-Of Coordination service is designed to give you peace of mind, so you can be fully present and savor every unforgettable moment. We’ll step in to take the reins, managing all the moving parts behind the scenes with care and confidence, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Here’s what’s included:
- Ongoing communication via phone and email starting 3 months before your wedding
- Setup services to bring your vision to life
- Customized wedding day itinerary
- Coordination with all vendors to confirm final details, deliveries & pickups
- Finalization of venue logistics, including layout and menu details
- Complete management of your timeline, vendors, and bridal party flow
- Access to our fully stocked wedding emergency kit
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
- Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination on your wedding day

Set Up
$1,000.00
Let us handle the details so you can relax and fully enjoy every moment of your special day, stress-free.
Our setup service ensures that everything is beautifully in place before your first guest arrives. We’ll take care of placing bar signage, welcome table items such as your card box and guestbook, your welcome sign, seating chart, guest favors, name cards, menus, and any DIY décor you've thoughtfully prepared. Whether your style is classic, modern, rustic, or whimsical, we’ll bring your vision to life with care and creativity.
Our goal is to create a seamless, polished atmosphere that feels just like you, so your celebration flows effortlessly from start to finish and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.
Teardown service is also available for an additional fee of $500.00 —when the party winds down, you don’t have to worry about a thing.
